Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive confirmation via SMS or email once your order is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all domestic orders.

  • Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

  • The exact payment amount must be ready at the time of delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • COD orders include a small handling fee (if applicable) which will be added at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Failed COD Delivery

  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt delivery again.

  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled and refunded, excluding shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Contact us immediately if your package is damaged or lost.

  • We will assist you with a replacement or refund for COD orders.
